I just started experimenting with the Ketogenic diet (high fat, <25g of carbs per day) about a week ago — and it seems to be working quite well.
I failed at the Ketogenic diet 3 times before due to the Keto Flu etc., but this time around is working a lot better — I mean, since I can eat unlimited bacon on Keto, it makes it much easier 😇
