Stock to Watch: Darden Restaurants Inc (NYSE: DRI) This stock has a 55.2% buy rating from Wall Street analysts.  The stock's dividend has grown 184% in the last year per share.  The current dividend yield is 3.7%

Stock to Watch: Devon Energy Corporation (NYSE: DVN) This stock has a 53.3% buy rating from Wall Street analysts.  The stock's dividend has grown 202.3% in the last year per share.  The current dividend yield is 6.6%

Stock to Watch: VIVI Properties Inc (NYSE: VICI) This stock has an 84.2% buy rating from Wall Street analysts.  The stock's dividend has grown 10% in the last year per share.  The current dividend yield is 4.4%

Stock to Watch: Morgan Stanley (NYSE: MS) This stock has a 57.1% buy rating from Wall Street analysts.  The stock's dividend has grown 50% in the last year per share.  The current dividend yield is 3.7%

Stock to Watch: Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ: FITB) This stock has a 52.5% buy rating from Wall Street analysts.  The stock's dividend has grown 5.6% in the last year per share.  The current dividend yield is 3.5%
