Executives from Airbnb, Expedia, and Binance’s Travala.com launched a DeFi home-sharing platform. Dtravel offers short to long-term stays payable with crypto and other payment methods. More: The ecosystem is powered by a DAO that lets users directly influence the governance and decisions of the Dtravel platform. TRVL, Dtravel’s native token for booking stays, participating in governance, and staking for rewards, will soon be offered on Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum. Dtravel recently received $5M in seed funding from Kinetic Capital, Plutus VC, AU21, LD Capital, and others.

Kyber (KNC) will launch its new dynamic market maker (DMM) on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain. In addition to enhancing its liquidity protocol with Polygon, Kyber also announced a $5.5M liquidity mining program. More: Kyber’s “Rainmaker” DMM provides a liquidity protocol that reduces slippage and increases capital efficiency for DeFi platforms. Polygon offers a “commit chain” that is compatible with Ethereum virtual machines. Kyber joined Aave, Curve, Sushiswap, 1inch, Ren, and 0x in making the switch to the Polygon ecosystem.
