A Meta executive was hacked by the Greek government using the Pegasus spyware. The spyware is reportedly being used by multiple governments around the world. More: - According to the New York Times, the Meta executive could be the first American to be spied on in Europe using this spyware.
- The victim, named Artemis Seaford, is a dual U.S.-Greek citizen.
- Seaford stated that she suspects she may be one of a long list of targets that the Greek government spied on in recent years.
- The Greek government is believed to have spied on politicians, activists, business owners, and other commercial spyware like Predator.
- The spying scandal has been named Greece's Watergate by media outlets.

Ferrari has announced that it has been hacked by an unknown threat actor. The company stated it would not pay a ransom. More: - Ferrari claims that no financial or vehicle details were stolen, but the hackers may have been able to access details such as:
- names,
- addresses,
- email addresses,
- and telephone numbers.
- According to Ferrari, the hackers have access to a limited number of systems in the company's IT infrastructure.
- It's unclear how many customers were affected or which threat group tried to extort the sports car giant.

Hackers have stolen $1.6M from Bitcoin ATMs using a zero-day security flaw. This is the second time that ATM maker General Bytes has been breached in one year. More: - General Bytes makes Bitcoin ATMs allowing people to purchase or sell over 40 cryptocurrencies.
- Customers can deploy their ATMs using standalone management servers or the General Bytes cloud service.
- According to the company, the threat actor breached the ATMs by scanning the Digital Ocean IP address space.
- By gaining unauthorized access, hackers had access to critical information such as:
- database,
- API keys,
- usernames,
- password hashes,
- 2FA details, etc.
