Welcome to Kinfo, your monthly digest of all things Kin! Last week, we announced our third Kin Ecosystem partner, IMVU, the world's largest avatar-based social network. IMVU users spend 55 minutes per day in-app and generate more than 15 million transactions per month using the platform's existing native currency, IMVU credits. With millions of active users in tow, they will integrate the Kin SDK and marketplace to give users native ways to transact in the Kin Ecosystem. In May, Kin was well-represented at Consensus NYC with both our CEO, Ted Livingston, and our executive vice president of partnerships, Dany Fishel, taking the stage on two separate panels. Dany's panel covered use cases for consumer apps entering the blockchain space. Ted's panel, 'Before crypto, after crypto', focused on the new opportunities that cryptocurrency has brought forth. Later in the month, Ted discussed why blockchain isn't for every company at True North in Waterloo, Canada. We've got some exciting things in the works for the coming weeks.
