1. Bitcoin lost 37 percent of its value in November as the cryptocurrency market lost $70 billion in value. Bitcoin started the month trading well above $6,000 but struggled to keep support above $4,000 as the month closed. The one-month drop was the worst since April 2011 when bitcoin fell about 39 percent. The crash coincided with the Bitcoin Cash hard fork. While that was on a separate chain, there were spillover effects on other cryptos. –CNBC

2. Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has raised the price of the Petro. Maduro announced that the country's national cryptocurrency will now cost 9,000 bolivars to purchase, an increase from 3,600. The announcements was made at the same time as he ordered a 150 percent increase in the country's monthly minimum wage. The bolivar has seen hyperinflation this year as Venezuela's economy has fallen into turmoil. –BITCOIN.COM

3. Bitcoin Cash developer _unwriter took to Medium to highlight infrastructure issues with Bitcoin Cash ABC. Among many accusations, the programmer said Bitcoin Cash ABC became centralized despite the use of checkpoints following the hard fork and developers rushed a flurry of patches just after the fork that did irreversible harm. _unwriter works as a developer for Bitcoin Cash ABC's rival Bitcoin Cash SV, primarily on two infrastructure projects called BitDB and BitSocker. –CCN

4. Wyoming has approved a bill that would allow banks to provide financial services with blockchain-based assets. The bill will create a new type of financial institution, dubbed a "Special Purpose Depository Bank" that will provide services to blockchain companies. The effort is part of Wyoming's overall blockchain friendly agenda. The state has made a commitment to attract crypto and blockchain companies to the state to increase economic development. –BITCOINIST
