A message from our CEO: Inside Community - We are running another public fundraising for Inside.com, which you can read about here. Our newsletter advertising business has been growing nicely, being profitable with $2,782,057 in revenue in the first nine months of 2021. That's up from $1,304,830 in the same period in 2020. We also added our virtual event series, which has seen over 31,000 registered attendees at over 20 events in our first year. I'm most excited about our third product, a social news community launching in Q1 of 2022. You can see a preview of the product below, and an easy way to think about it is a combination of Reddit or Slashdot with LinkedIn. We did our last fundraising in Aug. 2019 and raised $1.4M on equity crowdfunding platform SeedInvest as part of a $2.7M round. We ended Oct. 1 with a cash position of $2,451,570 and were profitable for the first nine months of the year. The goal for this fundraising is to continue to invest in hiring exceptional analysts to create our newsletters and events while developing our social news product. You can invest as little as $100, and while I'm really excited about our future, understand that startups are hard, most fail, and you should only invest money you can afford to lose. All the best, Jason | Griffin | | | |
