Canadian Markets House sales in Canada are increasing again after a significant drop in the first quarter of 2022. - From Q1 to Q2, home sales were up 31% and 40%, in Vancouver and Toronto, respectively.
- House prices, however, are falling, with the average price of a detached home in Toronto at $1,515,7663 last month, down from $2,073,989 in February.

Commodities Oil prices continued to rise on Friday morning, and are on track to extending their three-day rally. - Brent crude gained 3.1% on Thursday, and West Texas Intermediate was up 2.7%.

- Investors are concerned about decreasing U.S. stockpiles. If U.S. stockpiles are depleted, the federal government will longer be able to artificially increase supply and will need to start buying crude, generating upward pressure on prices.

- Ether hit a low of $880 that same day and has since risen 106%, more than three times as much as Bitcoin.
- Investors are reacting positively toward the upcoming Ether Merge, and increased interest could potentially allow Ether to challenge Bitcoin's position as the cryptocurrency with the largest market capitalization.
