The Kin Ecosystem is seeing increased momentum as developers pitch in and contribute new developments at an increasing rate. The past month has been packed with achievements and news from participants on all sides.
The Kin Foundation released its first transparency report, showing a greater commitment to transparency and fairness. The Transparency Report gives a complete view of the activities of the Kin Foundation, including the allocation of the Kin Reserves, and the progress against strategic initiatives.
The June Economy Report was also released this week, which shows the continued growth and vibrancy of the Kin Economy. As developers have begun to put their heads together to generate real consumer demand, the metrics have reflected a stable upward trajectory as a result.
The Kin Foundation also held another collaborative Board meeting with participation from a Kin Representative. The process for expanding the Kin Representative program further and a number of community proposals were discussed at the meeting. You can find a summary in this month's Kin Foundation Minute section below.
In other news, Kik Inc. has put forth a proposal to the Kin Ecosystem for a migration to the Solana Blockchain. This proposal is the result of months of research and addresses key issues that Kin needs to solve in order to achieve a billion users and beyond.
