IOST continues to see exponential growth of accounts and transactions, now regularly exceeding Ethereum with the gap widening everyday. Some really big announcements over the last 2 weeks including Berm Protocol and Oasis- 2 of the initiatives lowering the barrier for adoption and bringing blockchain to the masses. Q1 Node contribution payouts will be made this week with Tier 1 nodes earning extremely high rewards for their efforts. Read on for your full IOST update!

IOST's Contribution Reward System for Q1 was from March 10th to March 31th due to mainnet launch, meaning payouts were for a 22 day period, with the next period of Q2 being for a full period of 91 days.
15 nodes successfully achieved Tier 1 status, earning the highest rewards equaling roughly $7000 USD (IOST/USD ref. april 10th) for a 22 day period. Pro-rated this equates to around $10,000USD per month and almost $30,000USD per quarter for each Tier 1 node.

Dapp.com Launches Exclusive IOST Section | IOST Dapps To Enjoy Global Visibility In User Acquisition
One and a half weeks after welcoming the 200,000th account on the mainnet, which is only 7 weeks post their mainnet launch, IOST — the next generation of secure and highly scalable blockchain platforms that will bring blockchain to the masses, has officially joined Dapp.com community and launched the IOST section.
Since the launch of mainnet on February 25, IOST has been experiencing rapid growth in the number of DApps, mainnet accounts and transactions.

IOST Bi-Weekly Dapps Roundup — As of April 12th
Between March 30th and April 12th, IOST continues to power forward in its ecosystem development strategy. With multiple Dapps already online, we are also seeing a strong pipeline of new Dapps to be launched within the coming weeks. We continue to see rapid user growth and healthy transaction volumes for our Dapps that are already online. We expect the launch of OASIS to be a game-changer in the Dapp industry and be a channel that brings ordinary users without technical knowledge into Dapps usage. The best technology is always invisible.
