Greetings, æternity community! We just published a blog post outlining an important milestone for the æternity platform - the first-ever on-chain governance vote and its subject. Learn more below. Block Reward Share Initiative (BRI) To ensure the long-term self-sustainability of the æternity platform, part of the mining reward should be allocated to protocol development. All AE token users are encouraged to participate in the discussion and cast their votes between May 7 and May 14, 2019. To learn more, please follow the link below. LEARN THE BRI DETAILS Launch of the Hybrid Voting æpp To enable all AE token owners to cast their vote, a Hybrid Voting æpp will be launched on May 7th. It will allow non-migrated AE tokens on the Ethereum blockchain, AE tokens in migration, and Mainnet AE tokens to participate in the historic vote. A link to the æpp will be made available soon. Voting Video Tutorials and a Telegram AMA Session In order to make sure that the voting process is as clear as possible, video tutorials explaining how voting works are being prepared. In addition, the æternity team, including the æternity Crypto Foundation Director - Marion Vogel - will participate in an AMA session organized in the main Telegram channel.
