Delphi has launched a VC fund. Delphi Ventures will focus on "early-stage projects, a majority of which will have a token element." More: - Delphi posted a four-slide statement regarding its new investment arm, including a claim that its "analysis enabled us to call the bottom in BTC in Q1 2019."

Coindesk reports that The Bank of England's Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) service can be "forwards compatible" with a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).
