 Binance is now offering tokenized shares of Tesla stock. Tesla is the first stock being offered on the crypto exchange, but it plans to include more stock offerings in the future. More: - The new service offering by Binance comes from a partnership with investment firm CM-Equity AG and asset tokenization platform Digital Assets AG.
- The decision to list tokenized shares of a publicly traded company aligns with previous decisions made by crypto exchanges FTX and Bittrex Global.
- Unlike FTX and Bittrex Global, however, Binance will only permit the tokens' trading during regular market hours.

 Magistrate Judge Hon. Sarah Netburn denied the SEC’s request to access the personal financial information of Ripple’s co-founder, Chris Larsen, and Ripple’s CEO, Brad Garlinghouse. The judge found that such a request would result in the irrelevant disclosure of an “immense trove of private financial information.” Other Recent Developments in SEC vs. XRP: - The Court granted XRP’s discovery motion that required the SEC to produce employee emails expressing the SEC’s interpretation or views on crypto. Specifically, the XRP team is looking to find evidence that proves the SEC thought XRP was similar to, or the same as, BTC or ETH.
- The Court granted XRP token holders the right to intervene in the ongoing case to assure that their interests are being adequately represented in the matter. Holders have until April 19 to make a claim.
- XRP has gained 111% weekly and 544% in a year. The cryptocurrency is currently trading at $1.38.
