Quentin Tarantino is being sued for his upcoming Pulp Fiction NFT release. The Miramax film studio claimed Tarantino’s release of unreleased movie scenes constituted copyright infringement. More: - At the NFT NYC conference, Tarantino announced that he would release seven uncut scenes from the cult classic as NFTs on the Secret Network (SCRT).
- Miramax alleged that it still has the rights to the movie, and Tarantino failed to inform the movie studio of his plans.
- Additionally, Miramax lawyers claim that Tarantino’s release conflicts with the production company’s intention to launch its own Pulp Fiction NFTs.
- Tarantino plans to continue the NFT launch, claiming he retained the right to publish the screenplay and the NFT sale is within that right.

NFT platform Mintable announced an upgrade to catalog all Ethereum (ETH) NFTs on its platform. The upgrade is expected to aggregate NFTs from all other Ethereum-based NFT marketplaces. Bitcoin (BTC) mining firm Bitdeer Technologies is set to go public via a SPAC merger.
