Ukraine has passed legislation that formally legalizes crypto. The legislation comes as a backdrop to the country's rising tensions with Russia, which also recently legalized crypto. More: - Ukraine's bill, which passed with majority support from 272 of its 450 members, will install the country's National Commission on Securities as its primary regulator.
