Hey Insiders,  Today we are going to be looking at potentially underpriced stocks with high growth potential from the S&P Mid Cap 400. The Mid Cap index has outperformed the wider S&P 500, losing 9.9% so far this year compared to 12.6%. Specifically, I will be looking for stocks with the following criteria: Mid-cap company. Forward P/E ratio below 20. Buy ratings from over 90% of Wall Street Analysts. Target price with implied upside over 20%. Negative performance year to date. Expected to grow its earnings per share by at least 5% in both of the next two years.  Tomorrow I will be looking at similar companies but with more lenient criteria so that those of you who like this trend and want to diversify can get a few more names.  Onward and Upward,  Liam

Stock to Watch: ACI Worldwide (NASDAQ: ACIW) ACI is a technology stock down 28.8% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 52.6%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 25.2% this year and 18.3% next year.

Stock to Watch: Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO) Brink's is a business services stock down 14.3% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 43.5%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 21.4% this year and 13.5% next year.

Stock to Watch: Churchill Downs Incorporated (NASDAQ: CHDN) Churchill is a consumer services stock down 14.6% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 29.8%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 44.7% this year and 34% next year.

Stock to Watch: GATX Corporation (NYSE: GATX) GATX is a finance stock down 4.2% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 26.8%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 16.8% this year and 10.7% next year.

Stock to Watch: Interactive Brokers Group Inc. (NASDAQ: IBKR) Interactive is a finance stock down 21.4% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 46.8%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 11.2% this year and 24.2% next year.

Stock to Watch: MillerKnoll Inc (NASDAQ: MLKN) MillerKnoll is a consumer stock down 21.2% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 100% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 48.7%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 30.8% this year and 34.1% next year.

Stock to Watch: Euronet Worldwide Inc. (NASDAQ: EEFT) Euronet is a finance stock down 19.3% so far year to date.  The company has a buy rating from 90% of Wall Street analysts.  The stock's target price gives in an implied upside of 46%.  The company is expected to grow its earnings per share by 73.8% this year and 31.4% next year.
